At the Rattan Public Schools, our middle school English Language Arts department is focused of the development of our students’ ability to communicate in the clearest ways possible. For our 7^th & 8^th Grade courses, I set out to build upon the foundation of the elements of language initiated during their previous years within our elementary school system. Basing our assignments on the importance to understanding the syntax of not only our words but also the ideas behind them, we are continuously looking for new and exciting ways to implement meaningful communication with each other.
